Conference "Enhancement of European International Cooperation and Eastern Partnership in R&D&I", 30 September - 1 October 2013, Vilnius University

Vilnius University and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Lithuania are pleased to invite you to attend the conference "Enhancement of European International Cooperation and Eastern Partnership in R&D&I" organized under the Lithuanian Presidency of the Council of the European Union. The Conference is to take place in Vilnius on 30 September - 1 October 2013.

Prague Summer Schools 2013

For ten years Prague Summer Schools bring talented students from around the world to spend an intensive academic week in the beautiful city of Prague, Czech Republic. Selected international factulty of academics as well as practitioners turn each summer school into a working space where concrete aspects of important social, economic and political problems are tackled.

Tallinn Summer School, 15 July – 2 August, 2013

The 8th Tallinn Summer School of Tallinn University takes place from July 15th to August 2nd, 2013. The programme includes more than 30 courses in various fields (languages, humanities and social sciences, creative workshops). This year the programme is mainly focused on creativity, offering courses from interpreting film language to designing serious games, from poetry writing to creative psychotherapy, from photography to creative entrepreneurship.

Stockholm Summer School, 17 June - 5 July 2013

Stockholm Summer School offers seven different courses during the summer of 2013 and is a joint venture between three universities in Stockholm: Karolinska Institutet, KTH Royal Institute of Technology and Stockholm University.

"Capital Icons" Conference; University of Copenhagen, 14 December 2012

The "CAPITAL ICONS" Conference will be held at the University of Copenhagen, Friday 14 December 2012, from 13:00 to 15:15.

13th Conference of the European Association for Japanese Studies, Tallinn University

The triennial conference of the European Association for Japanese Studies (EAJS) has become the largest forum outside Japan for anyone undertaking research on Japan. Tallinn University will be hosting the 13th Conference of the European Association for Japanese Studies from August 24–27, 2011. The keynote speaker is Professor Ueno Chizuko from the University of Tokyo.
