The UNICA – Brussels Education Services supervise the organisation the Regional Seminar for Higher Education Reform Experts:
"HE in Western Balcans: Quality Assurance and Accreditation"
hosted by Polytechnic University of Tirana on 21 - 22 February 2011.
The seminar is organised in the framework of the Information Project on Higher Education Reform – Phase III, and funded by the European Commission through the Lifelong Learning and TEMPUS IV Programmes.
Only Higher Education Reforms Experts from Western Balcan region (Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro, Serbia, the former yugoslav republic of Macedonia (FYROM) and Kosovo under UN SC resolution 1244/99) appointed by their National Tempus Offices can attend the seminar.
