MODERN Survey on training in HE management

Under the leadership of ESMU, MODERN is a consortium of 36 partners who have joined forces to provide a structured answer to the fragmentation in the supply of management support to HEIs, their leaders and managers.

This questionnaire is part of the project by creating an open European Platform as an instrument for the dissemination of training programmes, good practices and joint actions with respect to institutional leadership and management in higher education. It is specifically aimed to identify relevant training programmes  in leadership, management and administration functions across Europe.

The training programme information will be published at the project website : www.highereducationmanagement.eu.
The website is a new community portal for managers and leaders in higher education.

Parallel to this questionnaire the project team also developed a survey related to market needs and expectations : http://www.highereducationmanagement.eu/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=204&Itemid=130
The results of the survey will be published on the project website in April 2010.
