Professor António Rendas, former Rector of Universidade NOVA de Lisboa and Member of the Steering Committee of UNICA, was awarded by the President of the Portuguese Republic Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa with the insignia of Grã-Cruz da Ordem da Instrução Pública, a distiction that recognises his distinguished service for education and teaching.
The distinction was conferred at the end of the 8th Annual Conference of Health Cluster Portugal, which took place on 21 November 2017 at Universidade NOVA de Lisboa.
UNICA President Prof. Luciano Saso, fellow members of the Steering Committee and the UNICA Secretariat staff extend their heartiest congratulations to Professor Rendas.
