Context

In the framework of the Luxembourgish Presidency of the Council of the European Union, CIDIC - Cercle international diplomatique et consulaire (International Diplomatic and Consular Circle) organises a  DEA-Mission (Diplomatic, Economic, Academic Mission) in Luxembourg on 25-26 November 2015.

 

The Mission aims at connecting stakeholders from the industry, business and Universities from Luxembourg and Belgium in order to give a concrete diplomatic, economic and academic dimension to the EU Presidency. Through the organisation of such meetings, CIDIC seeks to play an liaison role between institutions, businesses and the academic world in each country presiding the Council of the European Union to promote the European growth and cooperation among the EU Member States.

After Luxembourg, next DEA-Missions are envisaged in the Netherlands and Slovakia in 2016, in Malta and the UK in 2017, as well as in Estonia and Bulgaria in 2018.
