The Digital Erasmus Conference (DEC) is back for its 4th edition! Taking place in Antalya, Türkiye, next 3-5 December, DEC 2025 offers an exclusive opportunity to get insights on the future of Digital Erasmus, EWP, and European Higher Education policy. This year, special emphasis will be placed on the Erasmus Without Paper (EWP) ecosystem and the evolving landscape of digital tools and services supporting Erasmus+ implementation.
The event is aimed at scholars, practitioners, and international mobility professionals from across Europe interested in engaging in a high-level exchange of knowledge and experience regarding the digital transformation of the Erasmus+ Programme. IROs and related parties are also invited to take part in this event, which includes comprehensive information about the novelties in EWP services.
Call for contributions
DEC 2025 has also an ongoing call for contributions. Participants are invited to submit presentation proposals to share their insights, best practices, and experiences related to Erasmus+ digitalisation that align with the main themes of the conference, including but not limited the EWP infrastructure and its recent developments, artificial intelligence in mobility management, and innovative approaches to virtual and hybrid mobility, among many others.
