European University Association: Call for contributions for the 2026 EUA Funding Forum
26 January 2026 | From partners
Member universities of the UNICA Network are invited by the European University Association to submit proposals for contributions to the break-out session of the EUA Funding Forum, which is set to take place at Brno University of Technology on 14-16 October 2026.
The EUA Funding Forum is a unique platform that brings together more than 200 higher education leaders and experts (including university leadership and management, public authorities, funding agencies, researchers, student representatives and partners), to exchange perspectives and discuss key trends in higher education and research funding.
This year’s edition is dedicated to the theme “a university of value”. Focusing on value for society, value for money, and academic values, this year’s edition will explore how funding models and strategic choices can support and sustain universities that are equipped to meet today’s challenges and shape Europe’s future.
Until 30 March, EUA is accepting proposals for breakout sessions addressing university funding at institutional, national or international levels, with formats including peer learning sessions, policy-focused discussions, facilitated workshops and poster presentations.
