UNICA Webinar “The Challenges of Modernization of Higher Education: From Comenius to the Digital Era”

In celebration of the 350th anniversary of the death of Czech philosopher Jan Amos Comenius, UNICA promoted on October 19, between 9:45 and 12:00 (CEST), the webinar “Challenges of Modernization of Higher Education: from Comenius to the Digital era”. This webinar is organized in cooperation with Charles University (Czech Republic), Sapienza University of Rome (Italy) and the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Italy.

The webinar addressed the educational concepts and innovations Comenius introduced and their impact in modern education, with different insights on the legacy of the man that is considered the father of modern education. The webinar consisted of four presentations that were followed by an open discussion.
