Inês Cisneiros
Inês first met UNICA when, in 2010, being an undergraduate active in her student’s union, she was a member of the Portuguese delegation to the Unica Students Conference in Rome. The experience left an impression on her and she later participated as Chair in the UNICA Students Conference of 2021, when it was hosted by Nova University of Lisbon where she was a member of a research project in the realm of Political Philosophy, specializing on Democratic Theory and Intergenerational Justice.
She has a background in law and both formal and informal politics, collaborating with various associations and grassroots movements.
She joined the UNICA Secretariat in 2025, focusing on policy matters and following up on our projects in the UNICA Research, EduLab, and Scholarly Communication working groups.
