UNICA Green & SDGs online Roundtable “Sustainability strategies at UNICA member universities”
The Roundtable on the Development of University Sustainability Strategies gathered the Members of the UNICA Green & SDGs Working Group on 7 March 2024.
The event featured a presentation on the preliminary results of the survey on sustainability strategies within UNICA membership, presentations from three members of the Working Group (UNIL, University of Gothenburg, and the University of Edinburgh), followed by a Q&A session and an interactive discussion in breakout groups led by the three speakers. The breakout groups provided the participants with an opportunity to learn from diverse experiences and identify good practices.
The takeaways of the roundtable and the findings of the survey will result in a report and in the development of actionable recommendations for universities seeking a strategic approach to their sustainability.
