UNICA Days in Brussels 2025: Conference Report

University leaders, policy makers, stakeholders, and experts in Higher Education & Research gathered in Brussels on February 26-28 for the second edition of the UNICA Days, the network’s flagship event. This year the overarching theme was “The role of University Networks in the context of the European Universities alliances“.
This report captures the main ideas from each of the sessions of the event, which we hope will serve as the foundation for further engagement between networks, universities alliances, stakeholders, and policy makers. In the Conclusions chapter, we present a workable course of action to build on the insights and outcomes of these days.
