SOS international launched the biggest ever survey on students’ opinions on sustainability (open 1 April – 31 May)

SOS-International has launched an important survey on student opinions and attitudes towards sustainability and education, and is working to get the biggest ever sample size in an academically robust survey.

Students from across the globe will participate and the results of the research will be used to create an engaging report that can lever action to transform education and direct society to a more sustainable and fair future.

UNICA is supporting this important initiative and invites UNICA member universities to communicate the survey to their students in return for really useful data that will help inform their own sustainability work.

What can you do?

Promote the research at your university and invite your students to participate in the survey!

Any student currently in higher education can complete the survey. The online survey is running until 31 May 2020 and will be available in different languages.

SOS will send out regular updates on the responses received throughout the fieldwork period to all those who’ve registered to take part in the survey.

If you would like to be involved, please complete this online form for organisations and you will receive promotion pack to enable you to communicate opportunity to your students and get updates about response rates from students in your university.

What will you get in return?

As well as receiving recognition for your input on the project website and within the final report, you will receive regular updates on the responses received throughout the fieldwork period and both summary data for all respondents across the world and summary and raw anonymised data for all respondents in your country/region. Higher education institutions will as well receive raw anonymized data on the responses provided by the students of their institutions, if they meet a target of at least 100 respondents
