The EduLAB meeting 2017 "Innovation in Teaching and Employability" was hosted by the University of Lausanne, 30 November-1 December 2017.

Employability of graduates is a concern for all universities nowadays. The ministers of the countries involved in the Bologna Process underlined the importance of the issue at the end of the 2015 meeting by defining “Fostering the employability of graduates throughout their working lives" as the goal for the next period.

The already 18th EduLAB (formerly Bologna Lab) meeting 2017: Innovation in Teaching and Employability looked at effective strategies for incorporating employability-related learning into curricula and increasing career prospects of students.
