This conference is part of the celebration of the year 2000 when Helsinki will be one of the European cities of culture.
The conference 'Innovations in Higher Education 2000' is designed to emphasise and facilitate dialogue between researchers, university teachers and students. The aim of the conference is to present recent ideas on learning and instruction and to provide university teachers with tools for their own instruction.
