The UNICA – Brussels Education Services supervise the organisation the Regional Seminar for Higher Education Reform Experts: "Towards Equivalence of Higher Education Degrees between the Southern Mediterranean and the EU"
hosted by University of Barcelona on 22 - 23 November 2011.
The seminar is organised in the framework of the Information Project on Higher Education Reform – Phase III, and funded by the European Commission the Tempus programme which is funded by the EuropeAid Co-operation Office and the Directorate-General for Enlargement.
