University of Ljubljana will host its 4th International Staff Training Week from 7 to 10 April 2015. The target participants are university professionals working in International Relations Offices and other support services. Maximum 35 participants (1 or 2 persons per institution) can be accepted.
Deadline for applications: 10 February 2015.
The "first come first served" principle will apply. Participants will be informed about the application results by 20 February 2015.

Wednesday, 8 April (9.30 – 16.30)
Registration, introduction of the University of Ljubljana, practical matters, getting to know each other, getting to know Slovenia and Slovenian language, international lunch.
Thursday, 9 April (9.00 - 14.30)
Meetings with the staff of the university administration offices and/or individual meetings at the faculties (to be arranged by applicants themselves), dinner hosted by the University.
Friday 10 April (9.00 – 13.00)
Tour and presentations of the new faculties (Chemistry and Computer Science).
Wrap up of the Staff training week and distribution of the attendance certificates, lunch (own
expenses), departure.
