Call for an external project evaluator: TEMPUS project "Enhancing quality of doctoral education at Higher Education Institutions in Uzbekistan - UZDOC"

The UZDOC project is launching a call for an external project evaluator.

UZDOC stands for “Enhancing quality of doctoral education at Higher Education Institutions in Uzbekistan” The project got selected in autumn 2013 in the framework of the Tempus IV programme and will run until November 2016. Click here for more information on the project

The subject of the e-mail should mention the following reference: UZDOC External Evaluation.

Applicants will receive an acknowledgment of receipt of their application by the project coordinator. The selection of the external evaluator will be made by the coordinating institution (UNICA), the work package leader (AUEB), and the coordinating institution in Uzbekistan (TFI). The results of the selection will be sent for notification to all project members. The selected external evaluator will be contacted by the project coordinator by 21 March 2014 at the latest.

Applications will be scored and ranked according to the following criteria:

• Experience in the Tempus programme and in EU-funded project management (25%)
• Experience in university governance and policy (20%)
• Experience in external evaluation (20%)
• Experience in doctoral education organisation (20%)
• Motivation (15%)

Applications from nationals of countries which are not represented among the consortium partners will be promoted.
