Final Conference of the Erasmus Without Paper project, Brussels, 26 September 2017

The Erasmus Without Paper (EWP) project’s Final Conference: Student data portability for mobility students – the future will take place in Brussels, 26 September 2017.

Background and target audience

The event provides a stage to present the outcomes of a 3-year Erasmus Without Paper project, co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme under the Key Action 3.

The project consortium is composed of 11 partner institutions, including universities (among them 2 UNICA Member Universities: University of Oslo and University of Warsaw), higher education organisations, and companies from 8 European countries along with 11 associate partners, among them the UNICA Network.

The aim of the EWP project is to meet the current needs of the information society and standardise student data transfer on a European-wide scale by linking all higher education institutions in an overall electronic network, resulting in the reduction of cost, efficiency of labour and better access to student data across Europe. The project consortium believes this can eventually lead to the permanent migration from the paper world to the electronic world of student data, bringing Erasmus+ to a new era based on state-of-the-art IT technology.

This Conference is for invited guests only and is mainly aimed at:

  • policy and decision makers
  • active actors in student data digitalization

If you would like to obtain an invitation to the Conference, please contact Mr Rasmus Åberg director@esn.org

Programme

The 1-day programme of the Conference includes lectures and round tables on the topics connected to data digitalisation, as well as discussions on the future of the EWP project.
