Administrative Support (M/F)

18 months fixed-term contract, 40 hrs/week

Mission
- Internal and external communication on topics related to international relations (via the university’s website, intranet, regular internal newsletter and contributions to external newsletter, press releases, etc.)
- Internal communication about international programmes (in particular EU programmes) as well as opportunities and exchanges (e.g. Erasmus Mundus, Erasmus +, etc.)
- Promotion and administration of staff mobility and student exchange programmes (e.g. University’s Global exchange programme for student exchanges with universities outside Europe, Erasmus Mundus, etc.)
- Communication with partner universities
- Follow-up on international agreements (including joint supervision of thesis)
- Organisation of international visits to and from the University of Luxembourg
- Organisation of international events at the University of Luxembourg
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in humanities, social sciences or other related areas
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organisation and administration skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- International mindset
- Very good knowledge of MS-Office
- Fluency in English required; good knowledge of French would be an important asset; German and/or Luxembourgish as well as any other additional language would be considered an advantage
- Experience in a position related to international relations would be considered an advantage
