Sapienza University of Rome invites you to their fifth Erasmus Staff Mobility Week which will be held at the University from 23rd to 27th June 2014.
The call is open only to Administrative Staff.
The aim of this initiative is to exchange know-how, good experiences and practices with Partner Institutions and it will be focused on 4 main topics:
1) Internationalization (Management of student mobility with Erasmus+, Placement and Consortia under Erasmus+, Summer Schools, I Motion Project and Staff Mobility management, Academic Recognition and Egracons, Students services and organization of welcome weeks, Services for International researchers)
2) University Libraries
3) Information Technology
4) Communication (Press, Public Relations, Celebrative and Cultural Events)
SELECTION CRITERIA:
Please note that each working group can be set only with a minimum of 10 participants.
In order to offer a better welcome and organisation, this year up to 50 participants can be accepted (one participant from each University per topic).
In the selection process, priority will be given to Partner and Network Universities, however a waiting list will be kept in case of withdrawals.
The working language of the Staff Mobility Week will be English and all participants will be asked to select a topic (see above) in order to make a brief presentation during the selected workshop to share best practices carried out by your Institution.
