Students Achieving Valuable Energy Savings (SAVES 2) supports students across Europe in minimising their carbon footprint in their university and private accommodation, raising awareness about energy efficiency and smart metering, and installing good sustainability habits which last beyond their time in education.

The project consortium incorporates 11 partners from 8 countries (Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Greece, Ireland, Lithuania, Romania, and the UK) and is coordinated by NUS UK. UNICA and four UNICA Member Universities form part of the consortium: University of Cyprus, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, University of Bucharest and Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”.
