Doctoral candidates in their 2nd or 3rd year are invited to discuss their next career steps after having concluded their PhD project, reflect on strengths and skills they have acquired during their research training, and assess how these can be transferred to other areas.
The focus of the summer school lies on training activities. Participants will receive practical tips on how to develop their skills in job application procedures. Interactions of participants representin at least 3 European countries and various disciplines will give diversified views and raise awareness of intercultural and interdisciplinary differences present in an international job or/and research environment.
