UNICA is pleased to announce the election of the new members of the UNICA Steering Committee (2014-2015): Prof. Emmanuel Fraisse (Vice-President for International and European Relations, Université Sorbonne Nouvelle Paris 3), Prof. Serge Jaumain (Vice-Rector for International Relations and Communication Strategies, Université Libre de Bruxelles), Prof. Melita Kovačević (Vice-Rector for Research and Technology, University of Zagreb) and Prof. Antonio Rendas (Rector, Universidade Nova de Lisboa) will join Prof. Luciano Saso (Deputy Rector for International Mobility, Sapienza University of Rome), reelected for the second term.
The UNICA Steering Committee elections took place at the UNICA General Assembly 2013 hosted by the Sapienza University of Rome in cooperation with the Universities "Tor Vergata" and "Roma Tre", 7-9 November 2013.
The new Members of the UNICA Steering Committee will start their work in January 2014 and will replace the outgoing members: Dr. Inga Bostad (University of Oslo), Prof. Uwe Nagel (Humboldt Universitaet zu Berlin), Prof. Jean-Pierre De Greve (Vrije Universiteit Brussel) and Prof. Rein Raud (Tallinn University).
