Following the UNICA Student Conference 2017 in Rome, UNICA launched a call for project proposals open to the participants of the Students’ Fora who prepared the two winning Action plans at the Conference.
In February 2018, the UNICA Steering Committee selected for co-funding the project proposal submitted by 4 students of the Forum “Greener Universities”, and supported by Université de Lausanne (UNIL) and Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB).
The winning project’s team has now launched the GREEN YOUR UNIVERSITY AWARD, an international competition open to students enrolled at UNICA members universities allowing them to make a positive environmental impact in their university.
The GREEN YOUR UNIVERSITY AWARD recognizes student projects that contribute to improving sustainable development on university campuses.
The members of the winning team will get an Interrail pass and the chance to present their project at the 9th UNICA Green Workshop (University of Lausanne, 6-8 March 2019).
The call is open to students officially enrolled at a UNICA member university. Both individuals and teams including up to 5 members are eligible to apply, and a single university can submit multiple projects if these projects are submitted by different participants.
